I've opted for "Self-Pickup" as my mode of delivery. Where do I collect my order?

You may collect your order on the date and time you've selected at 80 Upper Serangoon View, Kingsford Waterbay. Singapore 531476. You may also contact 8750 3306 when you're on your way. The meeting location will be at the main guardhouse (check-in point), B1. 

When and how do I make payment?

If you've chosen PayNow as your payment method, please make a transfer to 8750 3306 within 12 hours, or your order will be cancelled and you'll have to make another order.

Can I customise a cake?

As much as we love getting creative in the kitchen, we do not provide cake customisation at the moment.

Are your bakes halal?

No, our bakes are not certified halal.

Do you have gluten free or special diet bakes?

All our bakes do not meet special dietary requirements unless otherwise stated.

Can I add a gift note along with my order?

Yes! Simply add your gift note request upon checking out and we'll be on it!

Can I pick my own selection of flavours for The Coloured Crumbs?

Mixing of flavours is not an option as of now.

How do I store my item(s) and what is the shelf life of it?

Storage instructions and expiry will be included on the product packaging.

Do you provide delivery and self-pickup options?

Yes, both options will be available for your choosing at checkout!

I've placed my order but have yet to receive a confirmation email. What do I do?

Confirmation emails are automated upon a successful checkout. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 3 hours, please reach out to us at contact@absolutelybatter.com.

Will I know ahead of time which items will be back in stock?

We announce future launches and restocks on our Instagram account! Stay posted at @absolutelybatter!

I ordered my Absolutely Batter item but I would like to return it. How do I go about arranging this process?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. For more information, please read our T&Cs.

Can I place my order via Instagram/e-mail?

We only accept orders via our online store to ensure that orders are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis.
