DEFINITIONS
By ordering from Absolutely Batter the buyer shall agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Conditions") and accept that these Conditions may be modified or amended and posted on this website from time to time.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS
Failure to complete payment within 12 hours will result in automatic cancellation of your order.
Payments made shall be subjected to a cancellation fee, being 50% of the order bill, if cancelled 12 hours from the delivery time.
SHIPPING
i) Upon arrival, if no party is present to receive the orders and/or cannot be contacted via phone call, Absolutely Batter reserves liberty to instruct that the order be left at the door of the delivery address. After which, the order would have been deemed complete and successful. For landed properties where leaving of the order at the gate would not be of a possibility, rearranging of delivery for the closest next available delivery slot (with delivery charges) will be allowed.
At this point, responsibility rests on the buyer and Absolutely Batter negates all liability for damages, missing items and product freshness. Re-arranging delivery (except landed properties) is disallowed for reasons that it would be impractical logistically and economically.
ii) Expedited shipping, of which the buyer is able to choose a window of time that the orders be delivered, can be arranged with a $15 charge. Extra charges may apply during peak hour, or if the delivery location is located in the Central Business District of Singapore. If an extra charge applies, the buyer shall either furnish payment in cash directly to the delivery man or PayNow Absolutely Batter at 8750 3306 with photographic evidence that the transaction is successful before the orders shall be deemed as handed over.
DAMAGES & LOGISTICS
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to report and send photographic evidence of the said damage to us within 12 hours upon receipt of the order. Absolutely Batter reserves the right to not take back any undamaged or eaten goods from the purchaser in a bid to get a replacement. Absolutely Batter accepts no liability for our goodies that are damaged after they have been delivered to the agreed location. In the event that no party is present to receive the order at the time of delivery, Absolutely Batter reserves the right to leave the order at the door of the agreed address with photographic evidence of the said delivery. After which, the order would be considered as a complete and successful delivery.
Orders can be collected from 118 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4 S(560118), lift lobby A, and responsibility rests with the purchaser to check that orders collected are correct and are collected in perfect condition. We will meet all customers at the main guardhouse to hand over the ordered items. Damages after this point are not Absolutely Batter's responsibility. All of Absolutely Batter's products are fragile and should be handled and stored with the appropriate measure of care and attention. Purchasers are responsible for paying careful attention to our storage and transportation (where relevant) instructions that will be provided either on the packaging, Instagram (@AbsolutelyBatter), on this website, verbally, written or in any but not mutually exclusive to any of the forms aforementioned.
VARIATIONS
As Absolutely Batter strives to achieve consistency to provide exactly the flavour, filling, decoration, size, colour, shape, and design that have been advertised as images or videos on any platform,
baking and culinary is an art form and may be subject to variations.
Colour matching is not a precise science and different sugar substrates take colour differently. Absolutely Batter will make every effort to make substrates match but negates liability wherefore the colours are not 100% perfect match.
RIGHTS AND WAIVERS
Absolutely Batter reserves the right to take photos of the product for display or promotion without the customer's consent.
Similarly, Absolutely Batter reserves the right to post/repost, or not, images or videos uploaded onto any virtual platform by the buyer without the buyer's consent and is not bound to acknowledge the original uploader.
